André Ostertag has been working completely biodynamically since 1998. For him, this way of working is the only 'correct' one. The respect and sensitivity with which he approaches nature and poetry is expressed in his wines. André's wines feature on the wine lists of the world's best restaurants and if one compares the prices of his wines with the exceptional quality, one has to admit that they are well below market prices in the current global context.
