Wow, what a challenge to work these steep slopes on the Rhone. Those great 'terroirs' that have been around for so long but can only be brought back to life by humans.
The respect for the vineyard, a separate vinification for the grapes of each of these plots and an appropriate education in order to obtain the different styles of wines.
Humility towards nature and hard work are a daily occurrence. Questioning yourself again and again. It is this philosophy that has shaped me and that makes the profession of winegrower so beautiful.
